Initially, I composed a dissonant composition that acted as a backing to the soundscapes of voices. I chose dissonance as a result of watching the 4th YouTube video (see previous page).

Further, I recorded samples that aim to represent day to day sounds. These later become distorted as a result of the confounding sound samples that represent auditory hallucinations.

The following samples represent auditory hallucinations. All of these samples represent aspects of hallucinations either described in the YouTube videos or taken from Bryan Charnley's painting, for example the bug sound sample was inspired by his painting.
